Okomeds at Clinical Trials Europe

06 Oct Okomeds is taking part in Clinical Trials Europe

At Okomeds, we are excited about what the future holds for the world of medicine and translation. This enthusiasm and our passion for making medical information accessible worldwide has led us to participate in the upcoming Clinical Trials Europe. This event will take place on 29-30 November in Barcelona (Spain). Read on to find out more.

Clinical Trials Europe

Clinical Trials Europe is a trade fair organised by Informa Connect, a brand specialising in events that connect professionals with knowledge, ideas and opportunities. The aim of this particular fair is to leverage new technologies, foster collaboration and integrate operational processes to optimise clinical trials.

In this way, Clinical Trials Europe brings the clinical community together, which also benefits us. Through our brand which specialises in medical, healthcare and life sciences translations, Okomeds will have the opportunity to meet leading professionals in the field.

The challenge of clinical trials

Clinical trials are at the heart of medical research. They test new treatments, therapies and medicines to determine their safety and efficacy. But did you know that these trials are conducted in multiple countries and require the collaboration of scientists, patients and experts from all over the world?

Therefore, one of the biggest challenges in global clinical trials is effective communication. Researchers must collaborate in different languages, documents must be available in multiple languages, and patients must understand the procedures involved. This is why the role of medical translation is so important.

In other words, effective communication in the science sector is essential to ensure quality of care and access to information.

Okomeds’ participation at Clinical Trials Europe

We see participation in Clinical Trials Europe as an opportunity to learn more about advances in health sciences, but also as a way to discover important common ground with specialists and work together to bring this to fruition.

Clinical Trials Europe provides us with the perfect opportunity to:

  1. Share knowledge about the importance of medical translation and how it can help accelerate the dissemination of medical advances around the world.
  2. Connect with experts who share our passion for accurate global communication in the healthcare field. This would allow us to establish contacts and connections with new and old colleagues.
  3. Collaborate with specialistswishing to improve the accessibility of medical information in multiple languages.
  4. Learn from and be inspired by experts. This will contribute to keeping up to date on the latest medical and technological developments.

The future of global medical collaboration between science and translation

Access to accurate and understandable medical information is a fundamental right. That’s why our participation in Clinical Trials Europe is a step towards a future where medicine and translation work together to improve healthcare around the world. This will allow us to accelerate medical research and make clinical trials more effective worldwide.

We look forward to meeting the clinical community there and demonstrating how medical translation can be a catalyst in the advancement of medical science and clinical trials. See you there!
